Today we received a letter from the National Bureau of Enforcement informing us that the official bank account of “Lelo - Strong Georgia” coalition has been seized. Such a statement made Irakli Kupradze, party’s Secretary General. "We are being attacked both by the Ministry of Justice and the National Enforcement Bureau. Over 5 days the illegitimate government, illegitimate Prime Minister [Irakli] Kobakhidze, the so-called Parliament Speaker [Shalva] Papuashvili and others are carrying out a ridiculous attack on the coalition. In this confusion, foolishness and clownish humor genre, the so-called Prime Minister has also dragged in the German Ambassador. The German Ambassador, whom Georgian Dream has been actively fighting for years, about whom they made a statement on July 1, 2025, that the German Ambassador should be expelled from the country. This invented madness, which corresponds to Georgian Dream`s political propaganda and incomprehensible strategies, serves two purposes – an attack on the German Ambassador and an attack on that pro-Western coalition that actively fights against Bidzina Ivanishvili", - said Irakli Kupradze.
