Temperature is expected to rise to 38-40 degrees, increasing the risk of heat stress, fires - NEA

According to the National Environmental Agency, air temperature is expected to rise in eastern Georgia on July 21-23, with air temperatures in the plains reaching 38-40 degrees and in the mountains reaching 34-36 degrees.

The agency warns the population that the expected high air temperatures are a contributing factor to the risk of heat stress and forest fires.
