The report consists of 400 pages, about 30 times the paragraph begins with "welcome", "I evaluate it positively". I didn`t convey these parts of the report deliberately, as I wanted to draw your attention to problematic issues. I can`t read 500 pages here, and in the short time allotted to me by the regulations, I`m trying to focus your attention on the most problematic issues. That`s why I`m mainly talking about problems.
