The Speaker of the Georgian Parliament posted a screenshot of a Facebook event dated 22 February, 2022, and wrote:

"If anyone no longer remembers how they were dragging us into war and destruction" Ukrainian Prime Minister called on Georgian citizens to "force" the Georgian government to send fighters to Ukraine.

In parallel, the radical opposition and NGOs were organizing a protest rally.
