Today marks 3 years since the start of the war in Ukraine, I would like to express my hope that peace will be established in our friendly country as soon as possible. Such a statement made the Prime Minister of Georgia.

“The consequences of war are devastating for our friend country and our friend people. Countless lives have been lost in this war. Nearly 10 million Ukrainians have become displaced persons and refugees. 20% of Ukraine’s territory is currently occupied by Russia, with infrastructure, economy, and energy systems destroyed. Ukraine’s foreign debt is approaching almost 100% of its economy. This year’s figure is 96%, and by year’s end, this indicator will exceed 100%.

We wish peace for our friendly country and friendly people. It is fundamentally important that the process which has begun, relating to establishing peace in Ukraine, concludes successfully as soon as possible. Once again, I want to express hope that peace will be restored as soon as possible in our friend country, Ukraine”, - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
