Council of Europe Secretary General to summarize his visit to Tbilisi at today’s press conference

Council of Europe Secretary General, Alain Berset, will hold a press conference today, 20 December. He will report on the results of his official visit to Georgia that began on 18 December.

As it known, during the visit, Berset held meetings with Bidzina Ivanishvili, Honorary Chairman of Georgian Dream; Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shalva Papuashvili, Speaker of Parliament, members of the parliamentary majority and the Ombudsman.

The Secretary General also met with representatives of the opposition and the non-governmental sector.
