Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia met Courtney Ostrian, Chargé d'Affaires of the United States of America (USA) to Georgia today.

The Head of Government of Georgia congratulated Courtney Ostrien on her appointment and wished her every success in her new role.

During the meeting, the parties discussed relations between Georgia and the US.

The Prime Minister reaffirmed Georgia's readiness to restore its strategic partnership with the United States with a clean slate. Irakli Kobakhidze emphasized the important role of the Chargé d'Affaires in this process.

The meeting was attended by Levan Zhorzholiani, Head of Government Administration of Georgia.
