Speaker of the Georgian Parliament hailed the release of the 2025 Corruption Perceptions Index, stating that the results confirm Georgia’s position as the “unconditional leader” in the region.

“The dog barks, but the caravan moves on!

The 2025 Corruption Perceptions Index has been published, and the result is unequivocal: Georgia remains the unconditional leader of the region.

Georgia surpasses 7 EU and 10 NATO member states. As for the EU candidate countries, Georgia is, of course, ahead of all of them.

These facts once again expose the reality - Brussels must end its policy of retaliation against Georgia through disinformation campaigns”, - writes Shalva Papuashvili.

His remarks came after Transparency International released the 2025 Corruption Perceptions Index, showing that Georgia stands out with a strong performance.
