Ilia Ghudushauri has been indicted

The former Deputy Minister of Health has been indicted. The investigation accuses Ilia Ghudushauri of abuse of official authority.

According to the investigation, Ghudushauri, who also headed the procurement tender commission of the agency in 2022, illegally suspended the tender, announced a new one, and fully adjusted the terms to one specific company.

The state paid the company more than GEL 2 million without grounds.
