The employees of MIA Border Police, as a result of operative – investigative measures, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sector "Sarphi" of Batumi Division detained 2 citizens of the foreign countries (M.Z. Born in 1986 and D.B. Born in 1981) for illegal, group crossing of the State Border.

The investigation revealed, that the accused persons avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Türkiye implemented illegal, group crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part II, which implies 5 years of imprisonment.
