Minister of Internal Affairs, Geka Geladze held a working meeting with the leadership of the Border Police.

The meeting focused on ongoing and planned projects aimed at improving border infrastructure, constructing and equipping border sectors, retraining border guards, strengthening the operational-investigative component, and developing the capacities of the Coast Guard and Border Aviation.

At the working meeting, Geka Geladze received information on recent projects within the framework of international cooperation aimed at strengthening border protection, as well as developing the capacities of border guards and border police.

The Minister of Internal Affairs thanked the leadership of the Border Police for their work.
