The employees of the Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, on the area of the responsibility of the Border Sectors: "Kirnati", "Sarphi" and "Vale" detained 2 citizens of the foreign countries (Sh.O. Born in 1985 and C.A. Born in 1993) and also 1 citizen of Georgia (B.J. Born in 1988) for the fact illegal crossing of the State Border of Georgia.

The investigation revealed, that the accused persons: (Sh.O; C.A and B.J.) avoiding the check point, from the Republic of Türkiye implemented illegal crossing of the State Border and entered Georgia.

The investigation is ongoing under the article 344, Part I, which implies 5 years of imprisonment.
