According to the statement of the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, Shalva Papuashvili, a decision on the constitutional lawsuit filed by the ruling party must be made within nine months by law.
He said that the ruling team will wait until the Constitutional Court summons them and when the trials will take place.
"The legislation stipulates that the Constitutional Court must make a decision on this issue within a maximum of nine months. Accordingly, a decision should be made in July. As for when and what the process will be, the Constitutional Court will determine that itself. We will wait for the Constitutional Court to summon us," Papuashvili said.
