The National Enforcement Bureau [NEB] has completed the eviction process in a residential building on Tvalchrelidze Street.

Law enforcement officers and part of the population were gathered at the site until late yesterday. They removed personal belongings from the building.

There was a confrontation at the site throughout the day. During the eviction process, the police administratively detained 17 people. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, investigation launched under the Article 173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses [disobedience to the lawful request of a law enforcement officer].

The NEB has initiated the eviction process based on the conclusion of the Samkharauli Bureau and the court ruling. The building has been assigned the 4th degree of damage classification.
