The Coalition for Change responds to the statement of Mikheil Kavelashvili, President of Georgia, who suggested that all convicted politicians apply for pardon and confirm their desire to participate in the elections, in which case he will immediately issue an act of pardon.
"Through the so-called President, the regime has confirmed that the participation of pro-Western forces in the fake criminal process called local elections is a way to save the regime and postpone changes, and they will make any kind of deal to achieve this.
Our position is unchanged - at no stage do we intend to cooperate with the regime and grant them legitimacy. We are not going to apply for the so-called pardon or participate in the so-called local elections.
The path to victory lies through non-cooperation and resistance.
Until the end!", - reads the statement of Coalition for Change.
