President of Georgia held a farewell meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Georgia, who is concluding her diplomatic mission in the country.

Mikheil Kavelashvili expressed gratitude to Anna Maria Siko for her successful tenure and her significant contribution to strengthening the close partnership between the two countries.

The President emphasised Hungary`s firm and consistent support for Georgia`s national priorities and noted that such support is a clear reflection of the strong and distinguished relationship between the two nations.

"The close and friendly ties between Georgia and Hungary, founded on mutual respect and shared values, are of great importance to us. We are grateful for your efforts and the meaningful role you have played in deepening our bilateral relations", - said Mikheil Kavelashvili and wished the Ambassador success in her future endeavours.
