Prime Minister of Georgia together with President Mikheil Kavelashvili, attended the national handball match between Georgia and Greece at Tbilisi Arena. The game ended with a victory for the Georgian team, with a final score of 29:26.

After the match, Irakli Kobakhidze met with the players and coach of Georgia’s national handball team, congratulated them on their victory and wished them continued success.

Members of the executive and legislative authorities of Georgia were also present at the match. The national handball team will compete in the European Championship for the second time in a row. By government decision, the national handball team will receive a monetary reward of 1 million GEL for qualifying.
