According to the Mayor of the capital, projects are being actively implemented in Tbilisi, and numerous works are planned for the future. He made this statement in response to a media question regarding the remarks made by the Vice-Speaker of the Parliament, Sozar Subari.
As the Mayor noted, the claim that projects in municipalities across the country have stopped due to instances of corruption does not apply to Tbilisi.
“In your opinion, have we stopped anything? You accompany me every day and see various projects, but you do not cover the works we are implementing because you are not interested. For example, where we are today, in the 8th micro-district of Gldani, the district administration is completing this project. A few days ago, we visited another project, and so on consequently, I think there are no questions regarding Tbilisi. A great deal has been done in recent years, a great deal is being done, and we have many important projects planned for the future”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
