The Munich Security Conference [MSC] provides Georgia with a valuable platform to engage with our partners and, within the scope of our capabilities, to articulate our priorities. Such a statement made today the Georgian Foreign Minister.

"The MSC is an event where prominent participants gather to discuss Europe`s security. For Georgia, this is an opportunity to engage with partners, meet interesting guests and conference participants, and discuss our priorities within this framework.

We will talk about what Georgia wants, how we view European security, how we see ourselves as part of Europe`s security, and the contribution we make to discussions taking place in Europe today. It is crucial that Georgia is seen seriously, as a reliable partner committed to both European and Georgian security.

Many events are planned within the conference, including one dedicated to connectivity and the role of the Middle Corridor in Europe`s security context. For us, it is important that Georgia is represented from this perspective and that we discuss the country`s significance in the Middle Corridor, as well as the corridor`s broader role in Europe-Asia connectivity", - said Maka Botchorishvili.
