Maka Botchorishvili has met with Péter Szijjártó on the Sidelines of the UNESCO General Conference

Within the framework of the UNESCO General Conference, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, Péter Szijjártó.

The ministers discussed the main areas of the strategic partnership between Georgia and Hungary. They also addressed relations with the European Union. Minister Botchorishvili expressed gratitude to her Hungarian counterpart for Hungary’s steadfast support and emphasized the importance of dialogue among partners along Georgia’s path toward European integration.

Regional developments were also reviewed during the meeting.

In conclusion, both sides expressed their readiness to actively cooperate across various fields to further develop and strengthen bilateral relations.
