Yingming Yang, Vice-President of Asian Development Bank will take part in the panel discussion - The Middle Corridor: From Reliable to Impactful.

He joined ADB on 15 January 2024. He is responsible for operations in the South Asia Department and the Central and West Asia Department.

Mr. Yang has over 30 years of experience in economic development, working on issues ranging from operations to policy making. He has held various leadership positions in the Ministry of Finance of the People`s Republic of China and was the Director General of the Department of International Economic Relations.

The 5th Tbilisi Silk Road Forum, to be held on October 22–23, 2025 in Tbilisi, will convene a dynamic assembly of global leaders under the visionary theme "Invest in Connectivity – Grow in Stability." Each edition (2015, 2017, 2019, 2023) has built momentum, connecting East and West and spurring collaborative solutions to today`s connectivity challenges.
