According to the National Environmental Agency, on September 3-4, intermittent rain and thunderstorms are expected in Georgia, some of them heavy, with possible hail, strong winds, and storm surges of 3-4 points at sea.
As the agency adds, the expected precipitation may cause flash floods on small rivers of Georgia, and in hilly and mountainous areas, the onset and activation of landslides and mudslides [danger level medium].
