In Rustavi, one of the city`s historical buildings, the House of Culture, is undergoing a complete rehabilitation and restoration. Mayor Nino Latsabidze introduced the concept of a new, modern cultural space to choreographers and musicians in a working format on site.

The facade and foyer of the building, built in the 1950s in the classicist style, will retain its authenticity after the restoration. A modern concert hall and music laboratory will be created in place of the old, dysfunctional hall. A sound system - a modern lighting system and stage equipment will be installed.

An open stage, green spaces and a recreation area will be arranged on the outer perimeter.

After the completion of the works, Rustavi will have a modern music laboratory, which will combine a multifunctional concert hall, a universal rehearsal space and a recording studio.
