We have posted all attachments, and accordingly, applicants can download and see both the public competition conditions and the attachments they need to fill out, which are mandatory to submit to the agency so that deliberation can take place and the council can make a decision.

The criteria based on which the council deliberates and makes decisions have been approved by us and declared as attachments, meaning they are accessible to the public. Since we are discussing a new initiative, we approached it from two perspectives. First, to strengthen already established public organisations. Second, to provide newly formed organisations with the opportunity to benefit from this initiative. Consequently, the criterion assessing their experience, so to speak, will carry a small weight at this stage. As I mentioned earlier, our goal is to offer equal opportunity to both established and emerging organisations, allowing the council to make decisions based primarily on the strength of their ideas”, - said Tamar Zodelava.
