Maka Botchorishvili meets with the Head of Regional Bureau of the United Nations Development Program

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili, met with the Head of Regional Bureau of the United Nations Development Program [UNDP].

The discussion focused on the 30-year-old close partnership and main areas of cooperation between the Government of Georgia and UNDP. Emphasis was placed on the role of the country in the region, the potential of the "Middle Corridor" and its growing importance.

Importance of the involvement of the UNDP in the process of supporting economic and infrastructural directions in Georgia was also noted.
