"Now you are asserting that you didn`t give this specific order. I`m sorry, but given the circumstances, it seems you are blaming individual officers for taking matters into their own hands without orders and gouging out people`s eyes.

You need to clarify your position: it was either your order or it wasn`t. In interviews, you consistently state, "I gave this order, and I am responsible for everything". I, personally, find it difficult to reconcile these conflicting statements. Stop acting as if we gouged out people`s eyes", - said Tea Tsulukiani.
