In New York, on the sidelines of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly, the Deputy Prime Minister/Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili met with Héctor Francisco Huanca Gutiérrez, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bolivia.

The Minister for Foreign Affairs congratulated her Bolivian counterpart on the election results and his appointment to office.

The sides reviewed current issues on the agenda of bilateral and multilateral cooperation. They noted their readiness to further deepen political dialogue and discussed prospects for strengthening cooperation in various fields.

Particular attention was also paid to issues related to mutual support for resolutions and candidacies within international organizations.
