Speaker of the Georgian Parliament wrote on the social media that it was "unsurprising" that Brussels avoided dialogue with Georgia.
"It is no surprise that Brussels is avoiding dialogue - and precisely on the issues on which, if asked, they would have had the most to say. The reason is simple: when your positions are built on false narratives and disinformation, you know that the very first substantive conversation will collapse this false construction with a single truthful argument.
There is no `Europe` without respect for truth and openness to criticism", - writes Shalva Papuashvili.
The scheduled Georgia-EU human rights dialogue was postponed by decision of the European Union.
