Peace for Georgia, more kindness for Tbilisi - this is our mission, and it will certainly be fulfilled. Such a statement the Prime Minister of Georgia made at the event introducing the majoritarian candidates for Tbilisi City Hall ahead of the upcoming local elections.
“Greetings, ladies and gentlemen, I welcome the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, the Mayor of the capital, the Leader of the parliamentary majority.
I welcome the members of the party’s Political Council, parliamentarians and ministers, members of the Tbilisi City Council and the Tbilisi Government.
I welcome the deeply respected guests of our event. I welcome the members and supporters of our party. I welcome the public, our fellow citizens.
A few days ago, we launched the election campaign and presented our candidate for Mayor of the capital - Kakha Kaladze.
I would like to once again wish him a victory, which Tbilisi and its development need so much over the next 4 years. Good luck to Kakha Kaladze!
Four years from now, our country and our capital will be even more beautiful, even more developed, and even more full of life and kindness. Our political team - the Georgian Dream - Democratic Georgia - takes full responsibility for this”, - said Irakli Kobakhidze in his speech.
