Mayor of Tbilisi alleged that foreign funds were directly being spent to orchestrate a coup in the country.
"The European Union is funding a rally where direct calls for the overthrow of the Government are heard. This is what we are talking about - foreign money is directly being spent to carry out a state coup and overthrow the Government.
My message to those are behind these efforts: "You will not succeed, neither domestically nor from abroad", - said Kakha Kaladze.
