This is the first precedent in the world when an opposition member goes on a hunger strike and makes demands to the opposition. Such a statement made today the Prime Minister of Georgia, while commenting the hunger strike of Elena Khoshtaria, leader of the Droa party.

"I don`t think the history of humanity remembers such a thing. This speaks of the dire situation that the radical opposition is in. This is good for the country to continue its stable and peaceful development. Yesterday, it became even more evident just how dire the radical opposition`s condition is. Four parties, 40 NGOs, funding from European bureaucracy, the entire deep state - they were all involved, and at its peak, they managed to gather 2,000 "Georgian people".
