The Batumi City Court is considering the administrative offense case of Mzia Amaghlobeli [founder of Batumelebi and Netgazeti]. After its conclusion, the court will consider the ongoing criminal case against her.

Today, the testimonies of the defense witnesses will be heard.

Mzia Amaghlobeli was initially detained under administrative rules at the Batumi Police Headquarters, and about 2 hours after her release, she was charged with assaulting a police officer.
