There is no ground for Nika Melia`s detention. Such a comment made the leader of the Coalition for Change, Nika Gvaramia, while talking about the arrest of Nika Melia.

"Nika was detained in a car near the Lisi Lake. There is no ground: formally, neither the bail payment deadline has expired, nor has the court issued a decision to change the preventive measure!", - writes Nika Gvaramia.

Nika Melia`s court hearing [due to his failure to appear before the temporary investigative commission in the Parliament] is scheduled for today at 14:00.

The pre-trial hearing was postponed yesterday due to the failure of prosecutors to appear. The deadline for paying the imposed bail also expired yesterday, May 30.
