Speculation, propagated by radical opposition, foreign-funded media, and NGOs in response to the US Embassy’s statement demonstrates how foreign financing has created an uncontrolled monster of hybrid warfare, writes the Speaker of the Georgian Parliament on his Facebook page.

“The speculation, hysteria, and conspiracy theories propagated by radical opposition groups, foreign-funded media, and NGOs in response to the U.S. Embassy’s statement clearly demonstrate how foreign financing has created an uncontrolled monster of hybrid warfare. It also confirms that the U.S. administration’s decision to cut off funds used to spread propaganda and incite internal unrest was entirely justified, especially at the expense of the American people”, - writes Shalva Papuashvili.
