The final stage of registration for first-graders in public schools for the 2026-2027 academic year started today.

The parent or legal representative has the opportunity to register their child until July 31 inclusive, in their desired public school on the remaining free spaces or places vacated after the completion of the previous stages.

For the purpose of registration, the parent or legal representative must apply to the desired public school with an application and submit copies of an identity document and the child's birth certificate. The respective public school ensures the student`s registration based on the submitted documentation.

Information regarding available free spaces, shifts, and sectors in public schools is accessible on the online portal of the Education Management Information System - skolebi.emis.ge.
