Platon Kalmakhelidze appointed as State Representative to Kakheti Region

Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia, has appointed Platon Kalmakhelidze as the State Representative to Kakheti region.

The Head of Government of Georgia met the newly-appointed governor today at the Government Administration. During the meeting, attention was focused on ongoing and upcoming major projects in the region.

Irakli Kobakhidze wished Platon Kalmakhelidze every success in his new position.

Platon Kalmakhelidze has many years of experience working in both the public and private sectors. Until now, he served as the First Deputy State Representative to Kakheti and was also elected Mayor of Telavi in 2014.
