Due to bad weather and limited visibility, traffic on the Paravani Pass road is restricted. All types of motor transport are temporarily prohibited on this section.

Because of the heavy snowfall, movement of trailers and semi-trailers on the Gomi - Savane section of the Gomi – Sachkhere – Chiatura - Zestafoni road is temporarily prohibited, while the movement of other motor transport is free.

Traffic is also completely prohibited on the Gudauri Kobi section, due to the avalanche danger, according to the National Environmental Agency. Motor transport on the Mleta - Gudauri section will be carried out in a non-stop mode.
