Officers of Borjomi Police Division of Samtskhe-Javakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have arrested previously convicted IC, born in 1993, on charges of inflicting severe health injury.

The investigation established that, in Bakuriani settlement, the accused person stabbed GC, born in 1995, with a cold steel during a dispute and fled the scene.

The injured man was taken to the clinic, where he is receiving appropriate treatment.

As a result of the investigative actions conducted by law enforcement officers, IC was arrested as an accused person in Kobuleti municipality.

The investigation is underway under Article 117 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages the imprisonment for a term of up to 7 years.
