Officers of the Main Division of Juvenile Affairs under Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested D.Ch., born in 1997, and Z.P., born in 2004, with previous conviction, on charges of raping a minor.

The investigation established that the defendants took the minor N.Gh. to a hostel in Tbilisi by deception, where both of them sexually assaulted a young girl several times, using force.

As a result of the operational measures and investigative actions carried out, law enforcement officers arrested both of them as defendants.

The investigation is underway under Article 137 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisions up to 20 years or life imprisonment.
