No matter what our opponents say, if their claims are not objective, the Georgian people will not be misled. Such a statement Bidzina Ivanishvili, founder and Honorary Chairman of the Georgian Dream, made after casting his vote.

“Today marks another important day in the history of our country. Free elections, which Georgia has been holding for years, remain one of the most significant expressions of democracy. Our party, Georgian Dream, has given society the opportunity to make free choices - just as we have ensured freedom of speech, business, and everyday life in recent years.

For 13 years in power, together with our people, we have achieved remarkable progress in many areas. Yet our greatest success is that both Georgian Dream and society as a whole have learned to think critically and make objective assessments.

Our citizens can clearly distinguish right from wrong, and this is reflected in the results of every election. Development of civil society, the ability of our citizens to take responsibility for their choices and express their positions clearly during elections, has led us to the impressive results and progress we see in every area of national development.

No matter what statements our opponents make today, if they are not objective, Georgian society, as a rule, does not react to them. This is the greatest achievement for our society - that it has learned to distinguish white from black and make the right choice. I hope that today, too, society will be active, maximally mobilized, go to the polling stations, and make the right choice”, - said Bidzina Ivanishvili.
