For example, as soon as the rating of the French opposition leader Marine Le Pen reached a critical level, she was immediately labeled pro-Russian, without presenting any evidence to the public.

In a similar way, Georgeșcu, the winner of the first round of the Romanian presidential elections, was removed from the political process. He was first declared pro-Russian, and later the court, in favor of Georgeșcu, expressed suspicions of Russian interference in the elections through TikTok and annulled the elections without any evidence.

In Moldova, the pro-Russian label has become the best tool for judicially banning opposition forces. In this case, no one has bothered to present evidence either.

Hungary’s Government had been battling this type of propaganda for years, with Prime Minister Viktor Orbán labeled “pro-Russian” simply for defending national interests and rejecting pseudo-liberal ideology. Here, too, no one has published any evidence to this day.

Georgian society has been following a similar campaign since the Georgian Dream came to power. In this campaign, the “Deep State” has involved both the local radical opposition and “NGOs” and their external patrons, including representatives of the European bureaucracy.

The only reason they attempt to brand our Government as “pro-Russian” is because we do not take foreign orders, have removed agents from all branches of power, protect our sovereignty, banned LGBT propaganda, and refused to join the war [in Ukraine]… no actual evidence has ever been presented.

The powerful propaganda line of the “Deep State” is working against the founder of the ruling party, Mr. Bidzina Ivanishvili. Despite the fact that we have been hearing accusations about Bidzina Ivanishvili’s pro-Russianness and Russian connections for all these years, no one has presented even a single fact confirming this to the public.

We’re dealing with Goebbels-style propaganda - first creating a villain and then accusing opponents of being connected to it. This requires no evidence, only total repetition of the message by as many agents as possible
