Vasil Roinishvili has been elected as a ninth judge of the Constitutional Court

The Plenum of the Supreme Court has elected Vasil Roinishvili as a judge of the Constitutional Court.

Vasil Roinishvili is a former judge of the Supreme Court, whose term expired a few months ago.

He was nominated in the Parliament as a candidate for the Supreme Court judge.

According to the procedure, if he is elected by the plenum, he must withdraw his candidacy for the Supreme Court.
