The goal is to increase tourist potential, as well as to study the investment environment - an aviation expedition of a group consisting of 26 private aircraft from Luxembourg to Georgia

An aviation expedition consisting of a group of 26 private aircraft from Luxembourg is being held in Georgia. The participants of the expedition will remain in Georgia until September 8; they will visit regions and take part in the opening ceremony of the aviation village in Kachreti.

The goal is to promote Georgia’s tourist and investment opportunities, as well as to deepen ties.

Meetings with the Government of Georgia are planned. The expedition is being held with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Honorary Consul in Luxembourg.

The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Georgia to Belgium and Luxembourg, and Permanent Representative to the European Union, Vakhtang Makharoblishvili, states that the objective is to strengthen relations between European countries and Georgia.

"The goal is to increase tourist potential, as well as to study the investment environment, deepen people-to-people relations, and generally strengthen and deepen relations between Luxembourg and Georgia, and between other European countries and Georgia", - said Vakhtang Makharoblishvili.
