The Ministers of Infrastructure and Environmental Protection visited Telavi to inspect the progress of disaster relief and preventive measures following the July 12 natural disaster.

The Roads Department continues intensive cleanup operations on the roads, the riverbed of the Telavi Khevi, and mudflow retention structures.

In parallel, riverbank reinforcement gabions are being installed and additional preventive measures are being implemented, aimed at strengthening the city`s protection against natural disasters.
