He also recalled the ambassadors’ visits to Salome Zourabichvili and said that by taking photos against the backdrop of a stolen standard, the ambassadors were encouraging the violence of October 4.

"Observe one thing: Salome Zourabichvili was hiding in a dead-end, ready to enter and sit down with her standard, which she used to carry around, as soon as they captured the Presidential Palace.

Before that, ambassadors were constantly going to Salome Zourabichvili, having meetings demonstratively. While we have an elected president, the presidential standard, a stolen one, stood in front, and they were taking pictures against this backdrop. After that, I even wrote about it, I made a statement on this. Since then, not a single ambassador has visited Salome Zourabichvili because they realized how they broke their noses by practically encouraging October 4, because of which people ended up in prison. It is good that some are coming to their senses, admitting the violence, asking the prosecution, and accepting a plea bargain, though some are still in prison thanks to these people", - said Shalva Papuashvili.
