The Tbilisi City Hall Economic Development Department announces the acceptance of applications for participation in the “Micro and Small Business Support” program, said today the Mayor of Tbilisi.

“The program, which was first launched in 2025, has become even more extensive this year - both the overall budget and the maximum amount of funding provided for each entrepreneur have increased. Special emphasis is placed on projects that involve product processing, creating added value, and improving quality. All active micro and small entrepreneurs registered in Tbilisi and operating in the market for at least two years can participate in the program. Preference will be given to candidates who present real, development-oriented business plans.

Within the framework of the program, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to purchase equipment, technologies and machinery necessary for the development of their activities.

Co-financing has specific conditions, and detailed information and application procedures will be available on the official website of Tbilisi City Hall. The City Hall has defined the co-financing conditions as follows: ⁠ up to 5,000 GEL - 90%; from 5,001 to 20,000 GEL - 85%; from 20,001 to 30,000 GEL - 80%;⁠ above 30,001 - 70%".

Applications for participation in this program will close on June 1. Co-financing does not apply to service and fast food establishments”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
