3 facts of import of undeclared gold jewelry were prevented at the customs checkpoints of the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance – “Kazbegi” and “Sadakhlo-Vehicle”.

Specifically, during the inspection, customs officers, as a result of a detailed examination of foreign citizens, their luggage and the vehicles they were driving, discovered a total of 1049 grams of gold jewelry.

The total customs value of the undeclared goods amounted to GEL 252,432. The above-mentioned materials were sent to the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance for further response.
