The Chairperson of the Public Service Hall [PSH] of Georgia addressed the 25th session of the UN Committee of Experts on Public Administration. Vakhtang Zhvania presented a report aimed at sharing Georgia’s best practices and experience in service delivery.

He focused on strengthening digital competencies in modern public administration, the development of innovative services, and the importance of citizen-oriented policies. It was also noted that the Public Service Hall of Georgia ensures fast, accessible, and high-quality services.

“It is a great honor for me to present the PSH - an institution that reflects Georgia’s commitment to strong governance, innovation, and citizen-oriented public services. It is the largest state service provider not only in Georgia but in the entire region. We continuously improve our activities by strictly adhering to international best practices. The institution is actively working on further digital development by introducing artificial intelligence, robotic solutions into its services”, - said Vakhtang Zhvania.
