GNERC will deliberate on setting consumer electricity tariffs. The session is scheduled to begin at 12:00.
According to Keti Berikashvili, spokesperson for GNERC, today’s meeting will determine tariffs for both residential and commercial sectors.
“Today, at a public session, the Commission will discuss setting consumer electricity tariffs for the Tbilisi Electricity Supplier Company and “EL Georgia” Supply. Tariffs will be established for both households and the commercial sector.
On December 29, 2025, the Commission set temporary tariffs for a 3-month period, which were effective through March 31, 2026. During this interval, the Commission once again conducted a detailed review of the tariff components and will make a decision at today’s session regarding the establishment of long-term tariffs”, - said Keti Berikashvili.
