The National Environmental Agency is issuing a statement noting that the initiation and activation of landslide processes took place in the village of Kursebi. Three groups of geologists from the Agency are currently on-site.

“Today, March 12, at dawn, the initiation and activation of landslide processes occurred in the village of Kursebi, Tkibuli municipality.

According to preliminary information, moving landslide masses are being observed in the residential area of the village and on the roadway.

Three groups of geologists from the National Environmental Agency are on the spot to operatively assess the current situation”, - reads the statement.
